[Your most likely problem with Hover Buttons -- #3 below]

1)Some files In CamasRelay are written in Word or Excel – if you do not have MS Office you can download free readers for WORD, EXCEL or PowerPoint from 
www.microsoft.com

Then, go to downloads

2) You may not be able to access certain files – you will see a message at top of page that Internet Explorer (“for your protection”) has disabled that link—
however, right click that message and choose download file. 
MS Explorer disables MS Word files – both Microsoft! [I think this problem has been addressed by Microsoft]

3) The colored boxes – like the Track Schedule are called Hover Buttons which are created with “JAVA” – if they don’t work you can download free Java 
www.java.com

4) I usually try to convert files to Adobe PDF, which everyone should have – 
if not  www.adobe.com
